Yoga for Radiant Aging is a specially designed program for older adults, focusing on enhancing physical, mental, and emotional well-being through traditional Hatha yoga practices. This program addresses common age-related challenges such as muscle weakness, joint pain, and reduced mobility.
One will experience improved muscle strength and flexibility, enhanced joint health, better cardiovascular function, reduced stress and anxiety, and improved sleep quality. Gentle asanas strengthen muscles and enhance balance, low-impact movements lubricate joints and alleviate pain, and mindfulness practices promote emotional balance and relaxation.
